No. It is possible to do my online coaching either with home workouts and minimal equipment or with gym-based workouts if you have access to a gym.
If you opt for the standard package you will receive weekly check ins and fortnightly group coaching calls. If you opt for the deluxe package you will also receive 60mins of private coaching calls each month, This can be taken as 1x60min call or 2×30 mins calls depending on your your needs and goals.
