hey there, it’s nice to meet you - i’m eloise

I’m a former human rights lawyer turned personal trainer, yoga teacher, and nutrition coach. 

I thought law was my dream job. But then I discovered a passion for helping people live longer, happier, healthier lives. Now I work to help woman create healthy relationships with food and exercise and finally become  the happiest, healthiest and fittest version of themselves!

Helping women become the confident, empowered, and strong af women they were meant to be since 2016
