Behind More Than Phine

I created More Than Phine to share everything I have learned along the way to help other women make peace with food, turn their backs on diet culture, and become the strong confident women they were meant to be.

After you sign up we will schedule a consultation call so I can perform a full movement screening, learn about your goals, and assess your current fitness & nutrition situation.

I use the information gained from your consultation to craft an individualised program that focuses on your particular goals and is adapted to your life and your personal circumstances and fitness level.

accountability & support
I will be there every step of the way to answer your questions and check in with you. You will also gain access to regular group coaching calls and special live yoga and fitness classes as well as meditations and mobility sessions.
